DOMESTIC ORDERS

Shipping and Handling for Domestic orders charged at a flat rate of $12. KHK reserves the right to adjust these charges based on future rates charged by USPS.

Our standard order processing time is 48-72 hours. Our order processing time does not include shipping time. Order shipping times are in addition to our order processing time. All shipping options indicate the estimated shipping time ONLY and do not include nor change our processing time. Orders placed Friday-Sunday are shipped the following Monday unless it is a federal holiday, in which case shipping occurs the following business day.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, please verify that the info listed on your customer account is accurate in addition to checking your spam folder and email filters. If no errors are found, it is likely that we did not receive your order, and you should check your payment method or contact us regarding the status of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We’re proud to offer international shipping for KH Knifeworks blades. However, knife laws vary widely across countries—and it is your responsibility as the buyer to know and comply with your local regulations.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

A flat rate shipping fee of $75.

You are legally allowed to import the knife(s) into your country, based on local customs, import, and weapon laws.

KH Knifeworks is not responsible for confiscated, rejected, delayed, or returned items due to customs enforcement or legal restrictions in your country.

You assume all risk for international shipments, including potential loss or seizure by customs.

Shipping fees will not be refunded for seized or rejected packages.

We do our best to mark products clearly and ship discreetly—typically labeled as "cutlery," "outdoor tools," or "camp gear"—but we cannot override foreign import rules.

If you have any doubts, we strongly encourage you to research your local import laws before placing an order.
